To my wonderful students…my ‘PEP’ talk for you this morning:
1. Take ‘Pride’ in what you do. All work has meaning and significance. Invest with full dedication and concentration.
2. ‘Elevate’ your craft. Steady refinement. You can and will do it better with time, practice, and networking with your elders.
3. ‘Pursue’ the benefit of community through your craft. Channel your brilliance, initiative, and energy and pay it forward. You inherit this responsibility when you sign up for graduate school :).

Now go out there and work your magic dude!
