‘It is a more expansive way to live if you acknowledge suffering rather than push it away.’
—Paul Kalanithi in ‘When Breath Becomes Air’
If proof simply follows conviction of truth rather than contributing to its construction and is only experienced as a demonstration of something already known to be true, it is likely to remain meaningless and purposeless in the eyes of students.
Wait. Bahaha! I have to try it. At least once! Bahaha! I love it!!! Oh gosh those look like shopping cart wheels on the back! Now scroll down for a version with a human in a wind tunnel! I’m still not sold on those wheels and the take off…GPS tracker essential or some sort of instrument watch that measures speed, location, elevation…hmmm avoiding a death loop (see kiteboarding) would be difficult…maybe an emergency stabilizer?…I’d add jets to the back to accelerate if necessary… training in a wind tunnel mandatory before hitting the skies…I’d give it a go in a heartbeat! Love the ideas from comic books!

If one wants to be active, one mustn’t be afraid to do something wrong sometimes, not afraid to lapse into some mistakes. To be good — many people think that they’ll achieve it by doing no harm — and that’s a lie… That leads to stagnation, to mediocrity. Just slap something on it when you see a blank canvas staring at you with a sort of imbecility. ~ Vincent Van Gogh

I find my place, connection, and acceptance in the world through my relationship with wildlife. The undomesticated seem to understand me and arrive during difficult times to interact and convey that I’m part of the chain…at times the food chain :)…but a chain nonetheless.

To my love monkeys, signing off to spend time in the sea…be back in a few weeks!
Have a great holiday!
xoxo,
