Byron! What?! Bubble waffles! Another reason to visit Hong Kong! Hike the Maclehose Trail and grab a waffle maker. Yes! (And Byron, I’m wondering if there is any way to stuff the bubbles. Can you just imagine having a peanut butter stuffed bubble waffle and then dipping it into dark chocolate? Or even grape jam! Like a crunchy pb&j. Or bacon…what about BACON!!! With a peanut butter syrup to drizzle on top. OMG. 🙂
Proposal

Came across this today while reading Scientific American. So cute. See academics can be romantic and creative…even if the proposal is in the Acknowledgements section of a scholarly paper as opposed to the Eiffel Tower. Who needs Paris when we have esteemed journals, such as Current Biology, to do our bidding? And of course, I had to download the paper! Ha! A New Horned Dinosaur Reveals Convergent Evolution in Cranial Ornamentation in Ceratopsidae…drum roll…
