Wabbles

Byron! What?! Bubble waffles! Another reason to visit Hong Kong! Hike the Maclehose Trail and grab a waffle maker. Yes! (And Byron, I’m wondering if there is any way to stuff the bubbles. Can you just imagine having a peanut butter stuffed bubble waffle and then dipping it into dark chocolate? Or even grape jam! Like a crunchy pb&j. Or bacon…what about BACON!!! With a peanut butter syrup to drizzle on top. OMG. 🙂

Current edition of Scientific American

Came across this today while reading Scientific American. So cute. See academics can be romantic and creative…even if the proposal is in the Acknowledgements section of a scholarly paper as opposed to the Eiffel Tower. Who needs Paris when we have esteemed journals, such as Current Biology, to do our bidding? And of course, I had to download the paper! Ha! A New Horned Dinosaur Reveals Convergent Evolution in Cranial Ornamentation in Ceratopsidae…drum roll…
